MECAL已經準備了一套完善的操作流程來確保員工執(zhí)行公司的質量保證標準。這套流程會在公司質量體系中進行說明。

　　從實踐中不斷積累知識，并應用于項目、產品和業(yè)務流程的完善。

　　確保所有的重要數(shù)據(jù)（交流，協(xié)議，方法，結果等）在項目中以及項目結束后的至少5年內，可繼續(xù)為客戶提供有效工作。

　　確保我們的項目、產品、業(yè)務流程的質量和連續(xù)性。（一位合格的工作伙伴必須能夠用最少的能耗來高效接管前續(xù)工作）。

　　MECAL應用電子工程管理系統(tǒng)來規(guī)范日常項目管理工作。MECAL使用的系統(tǒng)是ERP系統(tǒng)（項目管理信息系統(tǒng)）。應用該系統(tǒng)來達到以下基本目標：

　　儲存和跟蹤出入項目文件

　　儲存文件模板，利用數(shù)字和追蹤系統(tǒng)自動生成文件

　　時間管理

　　財務管理

　　存儲客戶信息數(shù)據(jù)

　　MECAL uses an integrated electronic project management system to manage the day-to-day administration of projects. The system MECAL uses is an ERP system, and is used for among others the following principle purposes:

　　Storing and tracing Incoming and Outgoing Project documentation

　　Storing document Templates and Automatically creating documents with unique numbering and tracking system

　　Time management

　　Financial administration

　　Storing Databases of Client Information
