職位描述：
Functions and Responsibilities:
Use and practice of the Gamesa Wind Quality procedures, inspection instruction Global Supplier Quality Manual, Quality Improvement Tools within the GAMESA WIND Tianjin organization.
Supplier Validation and Qualifying:
-New and current suppliers: Suppliers Quality System Qualification.
-To develop new chemical and composite materials and participate with Gamesa Wind Engineering Dept. in the evaluation and selection of alternate sources of supply.
-Process Audit of Critical chemical and composite materials: scheduling, realization of Process Audits and monitoring of Quality Improvement Plans at suppliers.
Product Validation of Critical and non Critical Chemical and composite materials:
-Define together with Engineering and suppliers the critical characteristics of materials and of the manufacturing process.
-Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that GAMESA specifications and procedures are fully accomplished and quality of materials is guaranteed.
Material Approval: ensure that Supplier Prototypes/First Samples are validated before the start of serial production.
Materials Approval of Engineering changes and supplier process changes
Product audits of serial production mechanical components.
-Supplier Performance Evaluation and monitoring:
-To carry out periodical review meetings with the suppliers in Quality and deliveries performance results.
Launch and monitor Quality Improvement Plans with the worst suppliers.
-Serial production of materials
-To implement continuous improvement and problem solving activities with suppliers in order to reduce inspections at Gamesa and eliminate the defective materials at supplier.
Quality concerns management with suppliers: to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review of the effectiveness.
-Accomplish the targets of the Supplier quality function.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degreein Chemical or Composite Engineering
2.Fluent English
3.At least 5 years of proven experience in similar positions in Quality at a leader industrial companies (wind turbine, aerospace, automotive, etc)
4.Previous experience should have been linked to supplier issues in terms of quality, purchasing, engineering with chemical materials, such as prepregs, glass fabric, gelcoat, resins of polyester and epoxy.
5.The knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools as well as ISO 9001 or ISO 16949 procedures are needed.
6.Ideal candidate will be self-confident and self-starter, with good communication skills. Team working oriented with ability to coordinate activities.
7.Organized mind and able to work ollowing company standards and procedures with capacity and ability to work in an organized manner within a fast growing market and under pressure.
8.Person with discipline, technical criteria to take decisions, highly motivated and available to travel extensively.
